Job description Join our Service team in Plymouth and surrounding areas as a Lift Service Engineer. We are seeking an experienced professional to undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits for lifts.
  • Attend lift breakdown callouts to perform minor repairs promptly.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and adhere to agreed customer response times.
  • Provide regular updates to the Service Manager and participate in the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
  • Resolve issues across a portfolio of our own and competitor lifting equipment, including basic LG1 examinations.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
