Our Volkswagen Chelmsford Retail Centre are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family. If you’re as passionate about cars as we are then we'd love to welcome you into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.
As a Loyalty Specialist at Group 1 Automotive you will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team in exciting brands.
Contacting customers by telephone inbound/outbound, and by email to review current finance agreements
Maintaining good housekeeping standards, accurate customer records and orderly administration of your work
Support our OneCustomer journey by working alongside our Aftersales team, selling Service Plans and liaising for a great customer experience
Full driving licence
