Payroll Administrator This is a great opportunity to work for a multichannel communication company in North London as a Payroll Administrator where you will join the finance team of 7 people. You will be based in beautiful offices with excellent transport links on the mainline to Liverpool Street via Tottenham Hale/Seven Sisters and also close to the Victoria Line. ThesuccessfulcandidatewillbeakeypartoftheFinanceteamandwillberequiredtodeliverthe monthly payroll and associated reports. You will help ensure full compliance with all Payroll legislation and reporting is all completed in line with statutory timetables. The Role: Process and maintain accurate payroll records for employees Calculate and enter payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and deductions Ensure compliance with payroll regulations Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data in Payroll HR system Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors Generate payroll reports for management review Prepare and post the related payroll journals to the SUN system Year-end payroll processes and reporting Preparing P11d calculations Review procedures and look for process improvement Other Adhoc tasks as required About you Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration or related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements Ability to analyse and interpret payroll data for reporting purposes Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and other departments Flexible and able to cope under pressure and work to set deadlines Goodcommunicator Experience of payroll administration (required) Experience of SUN (preferred) Benefits:
