Senior E-Drive Controls Engineer (Electrical Drives / Power Electronics)
As a Senior E-Drives Controls Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimising control systems for electric drives (e-drives) and power electronics. Your expertise will contribute to developing electrified automotive powertrains and motor controls.

Design control algorithms & strategies (using MATLAB/Simulink) and auto code generation of production intent code
Conduct detailed component-level analysis to identify high-stress conditions.
Explore advanced circuit topologies, board packaging, and manufacturing technologies to enhance circuit performance and fault tolerance.
Integrate discrete components into hybrid ICs to improve functionality and reduce cost, size, and weight.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and suppliers to transition concepts to production.
Knowledge of power electronics topologies and simulation techniques

Relevant Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
Desired skills include knowledge of radiation effects, the latest power electronic devices, and circuit-solving methods.
Familiarity with 460 V variable speed drives and electrical and magnetic materials.
Experience in developing and testing control algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink
