Overview

A leading in-house creative agency is looking for a Social Creative Director to lead its creative vision and deliver culturally impactful work. This agency operates at the intersection of creativity and strategy, bringing together creatives, strategists, and makers to develop breakthrough ideas that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways.

This role offers the chance to work with some of the UK’s and Europe’s most iconic brands in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Role Summary

The Creative Director will be the senior creative leader for the UK and European markets. They will shape the agency’s creative vision, build a lean and agile team of creatives, and oversee the delivery of high-quality work, from everyday social content to standout campaign moment

s.This position demands a hands-on approach, with the Creative Director directly contributing to ideas, mentoring the team, and collaborating with brand stakeholders to ensure all projects reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the creative vision for the agency across the UK and Europe
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of creatives and makers
  • Mentor team members, address skill gaps, and uphold high creative standards
  • Generate innovative ideas for both everyday content and large-scale campaigns
  • Act as the creative ambassador, presenting and pitching ideas to stakeholders
  • Ensure efficient project management, meeting deadlines and budget constrain

Candidate Profile:

Experience: Proven track record in culture-first activation and social/digital advertising, in a creative leadership role

Portfolio: A strong body of work demonstrating originality, innovation, and multidisciplinary thinking

Leadership: Experienced in building and mentoring teams, with a collaborative and positive approach

Skills:

  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong communication and pitching skills
  • Expertise in working with photographers, directors, and other production partners

Mindset: Entrepreneurial and proactive, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries
