Your focus will be on supporting the current workload and helping develop the skills of your team to meet client demands and achieve business goals. Expect to manage multiple projects and clients while supporting the Directors in achieving excellence across the group.
Minimum of three years in Highways and Drainage design
Proficient in AutoCAD and Causeway Flow or equivalent design software
Skilled in producing detailed drainage and highway calculations and sketches
Familiarity with CIRIA design guides, BRE digest, BS EN752, and Design and Construction Guidance
Commercial awareness of costing, budgets, and quotations
Strong report writing abilities
Site visit experience to ensure construction aligns with drawings
Project management and leadership skills
