An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team at our manufacturing facility in Radstock, Bath on a part time basis.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will work as part of our small finance department to ensure that all aspects of the accounts payable function are completed in a timely and accurate manner for our UK and overseas manufacturing facilities.

Setting up new supplier accounts.
• Manually coding nominal invoices.
• Processing of stock and overhead supplier invoices in accordance with company policy.
• Resolution of account queries
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts against statement and issuing requests for missing invoices.
• Experience working in accounts payable function within a finance department
• Experience of ERP computer systems
• Experience with Microsoft packages especially excel
• This role is offered part time, Monday - Friday, up to 25 hours per week.
