About the Role - This role is critical to the HR Function and Organizational transformation. and leading the implementation of systems and tools to enable the effective delivery of the HR strategy. This position plays a key role in ensuring HR processes are data-driven, efficient, and aligned with overall business objectives, while enhancing the employee experience.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience (3 to 5 y) in HR analytics, process improvement, or system implementation roles.
Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and metrics, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance reporting.

Project and Change Management

Language Skills: Fluent English
