Business Development Representative

- You qualify leads
- You will actively support our sales department with profound market research
- You convert leads into sales opportunities and conclude new business against an assigned quota
- By Multi-Channel-Approach you arrange consultation meetings between our potential customers and our field sales force
- You establish new contacts to prospective customers and maintain these contacts in the long term
- You regularly maintain and expand data in our CRM
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable education
- You have a confident appearance and you are not afraid of cold calling
- You have experience in the initiation of new business relationships (B2B)
- Ideally, you already have experience in the B2B software environment - ECM/BPM knowledge is a plus
- You bring demonstrated ability to interface persuasively with C-Level executives and other sales professionals
- You are familiar with tools like LinkedIn SalesNavigator, SalesForce or other CRMs
- You are native in English - every additional language is a plus
