Our client is a specialist electrical contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London and the South East. They focus primarily on Cat A and Cat B office schemes, working with leading main contractors and end users on projects up to £2 million in value. The team is passionate, experienced, and committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of electrical installation. They are now looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team and take the lead on commercial fit out schemes taking them from pre-construction to delivery and handover.
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the electrical package on a major M&E project. You will work closely with consultants, the main contractor, and internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
Lead the delivery of the electrical package from pre-construction to handover
Coordinate and manage all electrical trade contractors on site
Drive project profitability, with regular commercial reporting to the Contracts Manager
Oversee commissioning phases and ensure successful project handover to the client
We're seeking a confident and capable project leader with a strong background in electrical contracting and commercial fit-outs. You'll have a proven track record managing electrical packages, ideally within office sectors.
Experience in managing large electrical installations (£1m+)
Background in delivering complex commercial fit-out projects
Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills
Good commercial acumen and understanding of project financials
