Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo #An exciting opportunity has become available for Director Revenue Systems & Training, MEA APAC to join our team.This role will be based in Thailand and will be reporting directly to the Senior Vice President Topline & Business Intelligence, MEA APAC.This role will lead the training and development initiatives for Revenue Management systems across the MEA APAC region, as well as organizing and overseeing training programs for new systems and tools, such as Revenue Management Systems (RMS). This role will also act as the regional custodian for system development initiatives. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new RMS and other RM tools across the region.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and system implementations.
Keep abreast of advancements in RM technology and systems, integrating new knowledge into training and development initiatives.
Provide expert advice and support to hotel teams regarding RMS and RM tools.
Facilitate continuous learning and development within the RM teams.
Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in Revenue Management, particularly in system implementation and training.
Proven track record in developing and leading training programs, with a deep understanding of Accor’s Revenue Management systems and tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex system knowledge into effective training.
Proactive and innovative in approach to training and system development.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
