Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Recruitment Consultant within our commercial division based in our office near Gatwick.

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for supporting our clients with recruitment needs , find suitable candidate to present, interviewing all candidates thoroughly, create a prospect list of businesses and create new business relationships, account manage your existing clients and developing on them to create further business.

Experience and skills

  • Experience in recruitment is not essential. We will give you the tools to succeed. Experience in selling or upselling products would be advantageous
