Key Responsibilities:


  • Conducting comprehensive candidate searches through various channels.
  • Screen, interview, and assess potential candidates.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify recruitment strategies and achieve targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous.
