Coordinating and managing service and engineers ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and care.
Serving intermediary between Service and Customers, act as support for our clients' needs and concerns.
Handling administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing Van stocks & scheduling meetings through data gained.
Effectively assist scheduling and coordinating services between clients and service providers.
Maintain accurate records prepare reports and internally manage clients' fleets.
Facilitate effective communications between clients, service providers and internal teams.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the service delivery.
Customer Support Coordinator Job Requirements

Previous experience working in a customer support / business coordinator position - preferably within an engineering and/or manufacturing company.
Proficient in MS office, Smartsheet.
Full UK driving license is preferable.
Customer Support Coordinator Salary & Benefits

Working hours - full time position - Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 16:30pm.
