Here are two roles for experienced Administrators to join this company who will provide vital support to their busy Lettings department. This is a hybrid role working between their Chelmsford Head Office and from home. 80% / 20% home / office / split.
Hybrid working will commence once initial training is completed, depending on relevant experience and how quickly you learn the role, this can typically take 2-3 months. You must be prepared to commute to Head Office on a daily basis until such time as their training is deemed complete .
If you come and work for them, you can also enjoy your birthday as an additional day off. Annual holiday entitlement increases with length of service, plus a lucrative referral programme provides additional financial reward for passing business opportunities to other internal departments.
Process renewal data between Microsoft Excel and our own internal software system
Manage DocuSign, the digital platform to process landlord/ tenant renewal related paperwork.
Previous or current experience within Residential Lettings is essential.
IT proficient, familiar with MS office packages and able to grasp 'cutting edge' technology quickly.
