**Hours**: Full time 37hrs per week - 8:30 to 17:00 or 9:00 to 17:30

Anglia Ruskin’s Faculty of Health Education Medicine and Social Care are working together with NHS England to deliver the Clinical Entrepreneur Programme which is the world’s first (and largest) national-level workforce development programme for healthcare professionals. The aim of the Programme is to support the NHS workforce to develop and scale their most innovative ideas for the benefit of patients. The programme does this by providing the commercial knowledge, expertise, a supportive and safe network, and permission to innovate.

**Job Role**

The programme administrator would support the programme team with everyday tasks, acting as first point of call for the programme.

**Duties / Responsibilities**:
**Team support**:

- Providing administrative support to all team meetings, including minutes, agendas, and scheduling.
- Supporting communications with duties including, chasing information, and monitoring mentor matching agreements.
- This individual would act as first point of call for the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme team and will disseminate the information to the wider team.
- Support financial and contracting processes including liaising with our legal teams about contracts finance concerning processing payments.
- Supporting with general team processes and providing ad-hoc support when required.
- Supporting with travel expenses and other finance duties, including invoice processing.

**Events**:

- Arranging travel for the team and speakers to attend events and dealing with invoicing for events.
- Administering the CPD accreditation, completing relevant forms and attendance spreadsheets.
- Edit and upload videos and upload other event resources to CEP platform.
- Providing administrative support to the communications function of the team.

**Experience**:

- Strong administration skills, with good writing and numeracy skills and experience working within an office environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Professional and presentable.
- Strong team player who is willing to learn.
- Professional experience within an office environment.
- Can-do approach and willing to be part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 weeks
Part-time hours: 37 per week

**Salary**: £11.84 per hour
