Boden Group are working with a soft service specialist FM provider to source an Operations Director in the London area. This is a great opportunity to join a high-growth organisation, who are looking to double its revenue in the next two years. As the operations director, you will be directly responsible for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring their success and continued growth. Key points:

  • will direct a portfolio of key customer accounts across London and the south, owning the operational and commercial activities.
  • delivery of soft FM and workplace experience services
  • and commercial responsibility for a large P&L (£15mil+)
  • Development of contract scope across multiple clients
  • Identification of new business opportunities and organic growth
  • Leadership of management team and succession planning
This role will also be heavily involved in business transformation projects as a result of the projected growth, you will be expected to contribute to the creation of back-office functions and the creation of new business processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to own your portfolio whilst contributing to the growth of the wider business.
