Currently, we have an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic individual to join us as the Director of Strategic Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing global and regional sponsorships, key marketing relationships, and overseeing the company's paid influencer team.

This position calls for a deep understanding of the Valvoline brand strategy, influencer talent, and the ability to cultivate impactful partnerships that foster business growth. International travel is a significant aspect of this role.

  • Develop and execute account marketing strategies for key customers
  • Cultivate relationships with global and regional partners and influencers
  • Identify new brand building opportunities and oversee partnerships

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in strategic account management and partnership development. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a willingness to travel are essential for this role.

  • Demonstrated track record in driving revenue growth and managing partnerships
  • Understanding of automotive markets and consumer goods industry trends
  • Experience in sponsorship management and influencer engagement is advantageous
