As Product Manager, you'll take ownership of products across their full lifecycle — from concept to launch — ensuring they deliver strong commercial performance, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer outcomes. What You'll Do You'll work across multiple departments to develop and enhance products that meet customer needs and support the company's growth strategy. This is a highly visible role with real impact on the organisation's product roadmap and overall success. Key responsibilities include: Leading end-to-end product development — from design and specification to testing, delivery, and ongoing performance management. Developing product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases. Managing existing products to ensure they remain compliant, competitive, and customer-centric. Collaborating with teams across operations, technology, credit, compliance, and marketing. Monitoring product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinating governance meetings and supporting regulatory reporting. What You'll Bring 3+ years' experience in product management or ownership, ideally within financial services or fintech. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail. Confidence navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment. Understanding of regulated product frameworks and governance processes. Familiarity with Agile development, digital banking, or technology-driven environments (desirable). Why Join?
