Contract - 12 months - FTC or Outside IR35 available Planning & Control Analyst (ERP/ MRP specialist) with Power BI experience

We are working in partnership with a growing Silverstone-based, high performance vehicle engineering, engaged in a number of exciting and motorsport / track-based vehicle projects.

Planning & control provides direct support to Program Management and Budget Control Requirements on the planning and implementation of Business activities whilst ensuring Systems Processes align to compliance to company policies. Supports key business activity planning, proving clarity to how an activity will affect the business, to help inform what is required to deliver, implement activities successfully.
Support Planning team manager with research, pulling information from across departments to enable planning assessment of activities QCD.
Develops schedules updates the schedule on a regular basis and utilizes techniques such as, Critical Path Analysis, and "What If Scenarios"
Works closely with and provides support to PMs, for project forecasting, metrics management
Liaison with CCO Supporting urgent analysis of key tasks
Develop innovative strategies and execute operational efficiencies, processes and practices and ensure alignment of company control policies. Assist with coordination and facilitation of new project set up, events, readiness for significant meetings.

Applicants will preferably have a degree in Mechanical Engineering (2.Project Management experience
Understanding of project plan development
The ability to analyse data
An understanding of planning control and scheduling concepts
Experience with Planning and Data assessment
Confident use of MS-Office applications
Proven skills in detailed analysis and problem solving from first principles
Able to positively contribute to developing processes based on changing project requirements
