IMT Resourcing Solutions are partnering with a global business in Cheltenham who are continuing to build out their ERP Support team after implementing D365 FO. This is a real opportunity for someone with experience supporting ERP’s or Dynamics 365 to up-skill and develop within a complex organisation that has already implemented D365 FO.

This role is either hybrid 2 days on site in Cheltenham or if you have experience support D365 FO can be fully remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-line support for Dynamics 365 FO, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and end-users to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and optimisation tasks to ensure high availability and performance of the Dynamics 365 FO environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of updates, patches, and new features, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Document issues, solutions, and best practices to enhance the support knowledge base.
  • Work with Microsoft support and other third-party vendors to resolve complex issues when necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions to upskill users and promote best practices in the use of Dynamics 365 FO.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, or previous versions such as AX or an ERP system.
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Operations modules and their integration within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem would be beneficial
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Power Platform, and other Microsoft technologies that integrate with Dynamics 365 FO.
  • Familiarity with performance tuning and optimisation techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
