Job Title: PMO Manager Company: Location: UK fully remote

We are currently partnering with a fast-growing software technology company seeking a PMO Manager to lead their Project Management Office (PMO) operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring the successful execution of a wide range of projects. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Delivery , you will be pivotal in providing governance, resource planning, and project management expertise across the business.

Their values of collaboration, sustainability, and innovation are at the heart of their culture. PMO Operations & Project Governance:
Oversee the daily activities of the PMO, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects using methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Implement and maintain project management tools, templates, and governance frameworks.
Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.

Resource & Capacity Management:
Collaborate with project managers to optimize resource planning and allocation across multiple projects.
Risk Management & Compliance:
Track and mitigate project risks, ensuring issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
Ensure consistency in project delivery and governance across teams.

Produce regular reports and dashboards to monitor project performance and KPIs.

Provide support to project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Lead training initiatives and help onboard new team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
Extensive experience in a PMO or project management role, ideally within software or technology.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or ADO.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirements:
Monthly travel to Manchester office (Once a month)
Occasional additional travel for management or strategic meetings.
