Linking Humans is delighted to be recruiting a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect on behalf of our esteemed client. Develop and implement scalable, reliable ServiceNow architectural frameworks that align with business objectives.
# Collaborate with stakeholders to define the ServiceNow roadmap and prioritise solutions that deliver maximum value.
# Design and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
# Provide subject matter expertise (SME) across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
# Stay abreast of ServiceNow developments, leveraging new features and capabilities to benefit the organisation.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior role.
# In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and integrations.
# Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ITIL.
# Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and development.
# ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Technical Architect, are highly desirable.
