We are looking for Custody Asset Servicing assistant who will support our growing team in managing corporate actions and dividends for both the firm and its clients, handling asset transfers to other providers upon client requests, and fulfilling other asset servicing responsibilities as needed. Ensuring the timely processing of Corporate Actions, dividend and claims.
· Liaising effectively other departments, custodian, and relationship managers to ensure all client accounts information are accurate.
· Ensure all reconciliation discrepancies are resolved on a daily basis.
· Provide support to clients and relationship managers if necessary.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel spreadsheet.
