The life sciences industry is dominant in today’s world. Drug development processes are progressing faster than ever before. The need for vaccines, treatments and medical devices continues to grow at an exponential rate to ensure treatment for disease reaches those its needs to.

That means for Barrington James, we grow at the same speed. Our global team of 160+ consultants each specialise in a niche vertical of the drug development process, ensuring clients are provided with rare candidates unseen elsewhere. The company has had its most successful 18 month ever, leading to the multiple breaking of both individual and company records. As the life science market expands, so do we.

We’re looking for a confident biller who’s ready to make the step-up to big vacancies and even bigger fees: our average deal value sits at £26,000. This leads to regular billing months of £150k+, and annual earnings of £150k+ for top performers.

  • Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for vacancies across the medical technology and diagnostics, and engineering sector
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process
  • Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
