Senior Technical Engineer - Belfast
Our client is the UK's leading LPG supplier, offering a range of off-grid energy options for heating, cooking, and other needs to homes and businesses.
Technical Leadership: Take charge of technical expertise and leadership in maintaining and troubleshooting assets on customer premises, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and regulations.
# Risk Management: Recognize and evaluate potential risks associated with customer sites. Develop effective mitigation strategies and implement measures to minimize risks to personnel, property, and the environment.
# Leadership: Lead, project manage, and provide support for engineering projects at customer sites. This includes comprehensive planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
# Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability, safety, and performance of LPG systems. Training and Development: Offer mentorship and training to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
# Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and technological advancements in LPG engineering practices. Initiate and lead initiatives to enhance overall performance.
