As the Senior Animal Technician, you will lead the Transgenic Breeding Team in our Biological Resources Unit, overseeing the care and management of transgenic mouse colonies. You’ll ensure the highest standards in accordance with the Animal (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986, manage daily team operations, and contribute to vital cancer research.
Work closely with researchers to support cutting-edge scientific procedures
* Maintain high standards of animal welfare and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
If you’re passionate about science and possess leadership skills, this role is perfect for you Ideal candidates will have a degree in Biological Sciences and a deep understanding of the Animal (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986.
