Job Title: Installation Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: £55k+ Bonus and Van/Car Allowance
As an Installation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our installation projects, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Project Management:
Oversee upcoming and ongoing installation projects, from confirmation of the project commencement date to overseeing the installation team, during project execution and ensuring timely sign-off upon completion.
Understanding Project Briefs:
Review project requirements provided by clients, product drawings, and survey paperwork from surveyors. Address any requirements or recommendations ahead of project commencement.
Conduct site visits prior to installation, discussing job requirements with clients to ensure alignment and clarity.
Planning and Scheduling:
Manage schedules for fitting teams, coordinating installation projects and warranty works based on manufacturer delivery dates. - Booking Works: Proactively contact clients to schedule installations, ensuring smooth coordination and minimal disruption.
Order Management:
Raise orders for fitting teams/contractors upon agreement of costs, facilitating efficient procurement processes.
Compile all necessary documents for installation projects and warranty works, including product drawings, RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements), and site sign-off forms. - Manage stock levels of fixings required for fitting teams, ensuring adequate supplies for upcoming projects and warranty works.
Experience in window industry management, surveying, fitting would be advantageous. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and coordinate installation projects, contributing to the success and growth of our company while delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
