Job Title: General Manager/Registered Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team. As a General Manager/Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring that they are safe, effective, and of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the start-up and growth of Peninsula Care Ltd, establishing it as a market leader in Domiciliary and Dementia support services.
  • Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, best practices, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Contribute to the company's Care Quality Commission application process and ensure that all services meet the required standards.
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance processes, assess the effectiveness of services, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgetary resources effectively, optimize staffing levels, and coordinate care services to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or social care sector, with a focus on care management.
  • Qualification in domiciliary or dementia care or relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing multidisciplinary teams and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence in delivery.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt to change, and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards, confidentiality, and promoting a culture of dignity and respect for clients and staff alike.
