Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone from a small to medium-sized business background, accustomed to a hands-on approach in various aspects of project management and commercial activities such as take-offs and variations.
Oversee residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Manage all aspects of project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
Conduct take-offs and handle project variations efficiently.
Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
Engage with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to build strong working relationships and ensure project objectives are met.
Implement best practices in project management and promote continuous improvement within the team.
Proven experience in project management within the residential construction sector.
Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in take-offs and managing variations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000.
