Michele Denny Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Senior Office Manager to join a market-leading, innovative manufacturing company in their well-established office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy office environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Act as the Personal Assistant to the CEO and Chairman, providing administrative support and coordination.
- Serve as the Company Secretary, attending board meetings, notarizing documents, and handling share schemes and insurance policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager/PA in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse effectively at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to self-manage and work independently, with a drive to succeed.
- Proven ability to step up and take the lead when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in a busy professional office environment.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Previous experience in legal or Company Secretary and HR roles would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of areas such as HSE, marketing, manufacturing, and other related fields would be beneficial.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of circa £40,000, depending on experience.
- A discretionary company bonus scheme, payable twice a year.
