We are looking for a Early Careers Resourcing Advisor to support our early careers recruitment team. Managing our online advertising with university careers services
Screening candidate video interviews making progressing candidates to next stage of process
Updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) so all candidates are at correct steps
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
access to a range of online learning tools
pension
employee assistance programme
season ticket loan
ability to buy or sell annual leave days
company social events
cycle to work scheme.
