New Reflexions is a childcare organisation dedicated to offering care, education, and therapy services to young people who have encountered trauma, leading to emotional and behavioural challenges. Specifically, the New Reflexions Children’s Residential Service provides therapeutic placements, catering to individuals aged between 10 and 18 years, for both short-term and long-term placements.

Children’s Residential Care Worker - Full Time and Part Time available.
Full-time roles and Part-time roles available. (Requiring a 2 on 3 off rota and sleep-ins) 365 day service due to the nature of the work.

New Reflexions offers care, education, and therapy services for young people. Join us in assisting vulnerable young individuals with emotional and behavioural difficulties, who require support with daily activities such as education and life skills. We are seeking care workers who are calm, conscientious, and compassionate, capable of tending to the daily requirements of our vulnerable young people.
We offer care workers support through our comprehensive paid two-week in-person training program, when you first join us. After finishing your training, you will become familiar with your role by meeting your team, attending a house meeting, and shadow shifts, which will help you ease into your duties. We offer routes for progression and the opportunity to complete your QCF Level 3 & 5 Diploma or Residential Childcare or equivalent following completing your 6 months probationary period.
Fully paid 2 week induction training including First Aid Level 3.

*25 per hour for days ( depending on qualifications ) and working an average of 11 shifts (with sleep ins) per month paid at £40 - £42 per sleep.
** The post holder has the responsibility to adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedure.
