Job Description:
- Developing and implementing a supplier quality management system
- Conducting detailed supplier audits and maintaining comprehensive reports
- Benchmarking suppliers and incorporating findings into development plans
- Managing the SNCR process and enforcing adherence by all stakeholders
- Ensuring tooling and sample approvals meet quality standards
- Maintaining up-to-date records of supplier accreditations and tooling logs
- Building strong, honest relationships with suppliers
- Presenting and promoting quality standards to both internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing role
- Familiarity quality standards
- Proven project management skills and the ability to resolve conflicts professionally
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes such as casting, injection moulding, and machining
