Our client, a leading Life Sciences Research company, is looking for a strategic Quality Assurance Manager to join their team to develop the company's Quality Management System and ensure consistent compliance. By joining this company, you will be at the forefront of innovative technological development that is spearheading the progression of the life sciences industry.
As the Quality Manager, you will be joining on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract to oversee the development of the QMS, providing strategic input and expert guidance on key quality processes.Work effectively in a cross-functional environment with the strategic project managers to deliver projects with a quality focus.
Lead the implementation of the QMS including quality standards, policies, procedures, KPIs and oversight of training on the processes.
Review existing company procedures to ensure they meet current regulatory guidelines and make adaptations as necessary.
Line management of one Quality Associate.
To be considered for the role of Quality Manager, you will need to have demonstrated strategic QA leadership experience within a biotechnology, scientific or laboratory setting.The ability to be adaptable to new challenges and changes within a company bringing a flexible approach to day-to-day operations.
Experience in a project management role.
A Level 5 Diploma in Quality Management Systems and/or Lean Six Sigma Training is highly desirable.
This position is for an initial 12-month contract.
