The Role: As a Full-Time Outdoor/Forest Teacher at our wonderful preparatory school, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and experiential learning opportunities that inspire and empower students. Planning and delivering outdoor learning sessions, forest school activities, and adventurous experiences that promote curiosity, creativity, and teamwork.
* Integrating outdoor education into the curriculum across all age groups, from Reception to Year 8, to enhance learning and personal development.
* Creating a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to take risks, challenge themselves, and develop essential life skills.
* Collaborating with colleagues to design cross-curricular projects and thematic units that incorporate outdoor learning principles.
* Evaluating the impact of outdoor education initiatives and providing feedback to inform future planning and development.
