We are looking for highly motivated, experienced, and passionate, PHY SW Team Lead for the research and development, of advanced and cutting-edge cellular communication solutions for our 4G products.

What you'll do:
  • Build and lead a team responsible for real-time PHY SW in our 4G products.
  • Hands-on involvement in architecture, implementation, validation, testing and integration
What you must have:
  • Previous experience of management or technical leadership within SW development teams.
  • Strong background in digital signal processing or PHY Layer of cellular technologies, 4G technology strong advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of C and/or C++.
  • Experience of RT Software Development in Linux environment on multi-processor platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, team worker, and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment.
Education
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Communications Engineering or other relevant field.
