My client are a successful and long standing expert in their field, who are committed to providing excellence to their national customer base. Due to growth, they are seeking a Customer Account Manager to take responsibility for the day to day management of valued clients.

Customer Account Manager - The Role:

To answer queries from customers and ensure they are resolved inline with service level agreements.
Focus on customer retention by building strong customer relationships at both site and head office level.
Work alongside Account Directors offering consultation to existing customers.
Highlighting customer concerns and recognising risks in the business to create resolution.
Attending and supporting Account Directors with client meetings.
Building strong relationships with Supply Partners to deliver client SLA commitments.
Updating the internal system database and using the data effectively to deliver the service expectations of the clients.
Utilise collated data to improve service levels and develop management reporting systems. Customer Account Manager - The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable record in Account Management and Customer Service.
Self-motivated, confident and an engaging approachable manner with a ‘can do’ flexible attitude to work requirements.
You should be IT literate with strong Microsoft computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
As part of a small office-based team you will need to be a flexible team player, covering other duties as required.
