Title:

We are currently seeking a proficient Risk and Continuous Improvement Manager to bolster our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our business-as-usual risk management endeavors while actively contributing to transformative initiatives aimed at enhancing project delivery and fostering innovation across our operations.
The Role
As a Risk and Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of risks, issues, benefits realization, and lessons learned within our projects. Reporting to the Head of P3M, you will spearhead the identification, analysis, and reporting of project-related risks and opportunities. Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating risk management activities, utilizing modern digital tools and processes to enhance project outcomes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
Responsibilities
Lead the identification, analysis, and reporting of project risks, issues, benefits, and lessons learned
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive entrepreneurial attitudes and foster a culture of innovation within the business
Develop and implement risk management frameworks responsive to market dynamics and business needs
Establish and oversee project risk management plans and facilitate risk management workshops
Provide guidance on technology trends and associated risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Conduct training sessions to enhance stakeholders' understanding of risk management frameworks and techniques
Ensure compliance with risk management processes and deliver high-quality periodic reports
What We Need
Previous experience in project controls and risk management
Knowledge of problem-solving and risk management techniques, including three-point estimates and Monte Carlo simulations
Proficiency in risk management software such as Pertmaster and Crystal Ball
Academic or vocational qualifications (e.g., BSc/MSc, HNC/HND) is essential
Certification in Risk Software Practitioner is essential
Planning/Scheduler trained – Primavera 6, MS Project desirable
