Insight Investment is looking for a Cloud Engineer to be part of our technology team in our Manchester office. Develop, test, and deploy automated tools and systems to enhance efficiency and remove manual processes where possible
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment, ensuring high-quality solutions
• Continuously monitor the performance and availability of our systems and processes, making necessary adjustments for optimisation
• Proven experience as a Platform/Software Engineer or similar role
• Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft ecosystem
• A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products with a strong emphasis on 'Secure by Design' principles

Experience in designing, implementing, and managing solutions in cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure
• Experience or interest in financial services or a related industry
• Software development skills
• Previous involvement in transforming traditional IT infrastructure to cloud
