Job Summary:
The Social Media and Content Manager will be responsible for managing Saicho's social media channels, driving growth through both paid and organic strategies. This role involves planning and executing campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok, as well as content creation, social collaborations, and influencer programs. The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven marketer with a passion for storytelling and building brand communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage the social media strategy for Saicho, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals.
- Oversee day-to-day management of Saicho’s social media channels, including Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Create and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, building a positive and active community.
Content Planning and Creation:
- Develop a content calendar that supports key marketing initiatives, product launches, customer activations and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content that reflects the Saicho brand.
- Develop the social tone of voice for the Saicho brand, writing compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, and other digital content.
Paid Media Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Manage budgets and track the performance of paid campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, creative, and messaging strategies.
Social Collaborations and Influencer Programs:
- Identify and establish partnerships with brands, influencers and brand ambassadors who align with Saicho’s brand values.
- Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, including negotiation, content briefing, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with like-minded brands for co-branded content and social media activations.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyse, and report on key social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Use insights from social media analytics tools to optimise content and campaigns for better engagement and growth.
- Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms to ensure Saicho remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
Community Management:
- Foster a strong sense of community among Saicho’s social media followers by engaging with them regularly.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback received via social media, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Brand Development:
- Work closely with the Global Marketing Director to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
- Contribute to the development of Saicho’s brand voice and visual identity, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including, Sales, Ecommerce and our customers to support company objectives.
- Provide input on broader marketing strategies and contribute to the overall growth of the brand.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of growing and managing social media channels, particularly on Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of paid social media strategies and experience managing paid campaigns.
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for luxury design and luxury branding
- Experience working with luxury influencers and managing large scale social collaborations.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas that drive engagement and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to understand, appreciate and learning about an array of global cultural events.
- Passion for the beverage industry and a keen interest in the latest social media trends.
