Reporting to the Head of IT Delivery you will be responsible for directing strategic changes on the Digital and Technology portfolio and co-ordinating the technology element of the Client Change and Group projects, to achieve the corporate objectives of Digital and Technology and NSSL.

The role will be varied and will also involve delivering key internal Digital and Technology projects and change supported by a team of technical SMEs. The role will be key to ensuring Digital and Technology changes are embedded within the wider society through robust Business Readiness, engagement and Change management. The role will be a breadth of Delivery knowledge and experience and will play a vital role in the development and coaching of junior members of the team. Supporting the Head of Delivery with ad-hoc change activities on behalf of IT Delivery and Digital and Technology.

Ensuring changes and projects are managed in line with our IT PMO and Group Change governance frameworks, by producing and maintaining project documentation as set out in the project methodologies, bringing experience through leading changes to ensure modernisation and efficiencies within our ways of working.

About You

With experience of delivering transformational change and the delivering of complex projects, you will be experienced in leading, supporting and motivating colleagues to drive fast paced, multi disciplined change.

Strong organisation and planning skills are essential along with the ability to present written information in a structured and balanced way appropriate to the needs of the reader. Time management will be a strength of yours along with clear, concise and engaging written and verbal communication skills.

You will have sound knowledge of Project and Change methodologies, and though IT project experience is not essential, it could be seen as beneficial. As a good team worker demonstrating loyalty to the organisation and team members you will equally have the confidence to challenge effectively at all levels.
