Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Sales Director
(Office based, full time in Uckfield East Sussex)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to support our Sales Director in achieving business objectives and maintaining exceptional customer relations.
Position Overview: As the Personal Assistant to the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales department. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, managing materials, handling appointment bookings, contributing to basic marketing efforts, and nurturing key account customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting Organization:
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings for the Sales Director.
Ensure meeting rooms are prepared with necessary materials, equipment, and refreshments.
Draft agendas, distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Materials Management:
Collaborate with various teams to gather and organize materials required for presentations and meetings.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of marketing collateral, product samples, and promotional materials.
Appointment Booking:
Manage the Sales Director's calendar, scheduling appointments and prioritizing commitments.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips as needed.
Basic Marketing and Prospecting:
Assist in the execution of basic marketing initiatives, including social media updates, email campaigns, and promotional events.
Support the Sales Director in prospecting activities to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Key Account Customer Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
Act as a liaison between key accounts and the Sales Director, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and scheduling software.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and prospecting techniques.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
