Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation.
  • Collaborate closely with Systems Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Handle network-related tickets and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Maintain business as usual (BAU) operations for network infrastructure.
  • Implement measures to ensure the network operates as efficiently as possible.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency with Palo Alto and Fortinet networking technologies.
  • Experience with multi-vendor routing and switching (Cisco, Arista, Juniper).
  • Exposure to network automation tools such as Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a network engineer.

Nice to Have:

  • Background or experience in the finance sector.
  • Knowledge of multicast protocols.
  • Exposure to cloud networking technologies.
  • Understanding of MPLS networks.
