This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist at the Hornby office.As a Receptionist, you are responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, you will meet and greet all visitors upon arrival at reception in a friendly and professional manner, providing support where necessary.
In a ddition to the above you will:
- Answer all incoming calls, redirecting to the appropriate staff member or taking messages where necessary.
- Handle all customer and staff enquiries.
- Provide business support, including travel bookings, postage of outgoing mail, production of business documents, and assist managers where required.
- Help manage IT within the Canterbury region, including all movements of hardware and software.
- Assist with any ad hoc administration tasks at the request of your manager.
This is a full-time permanent role with a minimum of 40 hours per week, however opportunities for flexible working hours can be made available for the right candidate.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a customer service role or similar
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Sufficient computer skills and competent in the MS Suite
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Detail focused with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and the ability to maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
