Compliance Manager

Job Title: Compliance Manager

Location: Rayleigh, Essex

Salary: £50K - £54K + Life and Health Insuranc

Shift: Days

Industry: Safety Critical Component Manufacturer.

Company Description:

A globally recognised manufacturer of safety critical components is looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to join their team due to further growth and expansion.

Responsibilities as Compliance Manager:

* Document management system audits and findings.

* Maintain and document management systems & processes.

* Lead continuous improvement activities.

* Implementing functional corrective actions

* Perform Risk Assessments.

* Provide assurance of functional audit compliance to business management system processes

* Highlight and coach employees on any required new compliance within the business.

* Identify and establish a departmental structure that supports compliance activities.

* Ensure processes to manage employee performance and relations are effective and aligned with HR.

* Generate business management system performance metrics output reports by function [Key Performance Indicators)

* Present senior leadership team with relevant information on company’s performance and future plans through briefing processes & reviews

* Ensure all employees carry out their activities legally, ethically and comply with all health & safety requirements.

Skills and experience as Compliance Manager:

* Experience in compliance management within a manufacturing environment.

* Knowledge and proven understanding of relevant laws including health & safety and authority compliance.

This position is commutable from:

* Hockley, Rayleigh, Basildon, Leigh on Sea, Rochford

Relevant Job Titles: Compliance Manager, Risk Manager, Regulations Manager, Analysis Manager
