Celsius Energy is an SLB New Energy venture, it is story of three engineers, brought together by their commitment to the environment, who chose to use their expertise to the meet the challenge of our times: fighting climate change. Heating and cooling of buildings comprises 25% of CO2 emissions worldwide, however, 70% of the energy necessary to meet these needs is right under our feet, in a continuous and endless manner. Our solution is a highly optimized ground-source heat pump system for both new buildings and renovations with applicability even in dense urban areas.

The Worksite Technician/ Drilling Technician is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers during the execution of the Celsius Energy installation. The worksite technician/ drilling Technician identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, executes services, supervises vendors execution, and manages risk during service delivery.

During the pre-job visit to the worksite, ensures the work can be performed safety and within the Celsius Energy work practices.
At the worksite, supervises vendors work execution, witness delivery tests, support the engineering and project team on various daily activities.
Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
Conducts with a professional attitude his/ her relationship with clients and vendors, represents the Celsius Energy brand at the worksite.
Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and vendors, promote improvements on performance using action plans.
Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
Wear PPE and observe HSE policies, promotes the HSE culture at the worksite.
Raises operational, quality and safety concerns to the pertinent functions.
Will be required to perform borehole DnI surveys and / or pressure testing (training will be given).

Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in the energy sector, drilling, or construction industry.
Proficiency with MicroSoft Office products and Microsoft Teams.
