Lead Recruitment Consultant/Division Manager in Renewables & Cleantech

Gatwick/Hybrid

Are you a dynamic and experienced recruiter with a passion for the Renewables and Cleantech sector?

Our client, a leading Technology and Engineering Solutions provider in the UK, is seeking a talented individual to spearhead and develop their own division from scratch.

This is a unique chance to make a significant impact in high-growth, ultra-competitive sectors, including Intralogistics & Industry 4.0, Robotics & AI, Manufacturing Automation, and Renewables & Cleantech.

Key Requirements:

  • Sector Experience: Proven experience recruiting into the Renewables and Cleantech sectors.
  • Leadership Skills: Senior recruiter or current manager with the ambition to build and grow a division from the ground up.
  • Business Development: A track record of successful business development and client onboarding, billing over £250K per annum.
  • Industry Network: Established presence in the sector with strong LinkedIn engagement, followers, and a robust network.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge and expertise in Renewables and Cleantech.

Desirable:

  • Team Management: Experience managing a team.
  • International Exposure: Experience working in US, Europe, or Asia regions.
