An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mechanical fitter to join a rapidly evolving and vibrant company based in Preston. We are looking for time-served and apprentice-trained engineers with fitting and preferably pipe fitting skills. The role is for one of the worlds leading manufacturers and suppliers of commercial diving equipment. They manufacture hyperbaric chambers, saturation diving systems, diver launch and recovery systems, hot water machines, diving control panels and auxiliary support systems. They also supply commercial diving equipment including Kirby Morgan diving helmets, breathing air compressors, Surface supplied diving umbilicals, underwater camera systems, underwater lighting, hydraulic underwater tools, and underwater NDT equipment.
Experience in pressure testing of pressure vessels and inspections.
Panel building experience would be beneficial.
high level of verbal and written English.
Plenty of drive, energy, and determination.
Overseas work as and when required
Overtime work as and when required
Monday Thursday 7.Travel required in line with business needs.
