Staff Selection UK are currently looking for numerous Production Fitters/Mechanical Fitters for our well established client in the Preston area, this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who would like to join an exciting fast growing business.
Job role:
- Fitting hydraulic cylinders whilst checking all measurements match engineering drawings to ensure the cylinders have been manufactured to a high standard.
- General mechanical engineering assembly/fitting
- Fault finding and replace hydraulic cylinders and pressure test
- Pressure testing of hydraulic cylinders
- Final fitting duties our various Compactors, Power cubes products.
- Any other duties as and when directed from the fitting Team Leader
- Time served experience in the plant and tool hire industry
- Capable of working well as part of a team
- Previous experience in a production fitter or mechanical fitter role
- 7:00am-5:00pm
- Monday - Thursday (40 hours per week)
Pay:
- £29,000 per annum
